Crooked Pass Collegiate is a school with exceptionally bright students. Each student excels in an area, whether it be art, math, sciences or equestrian. Much like a boarding school, each student is assigned their own dorm room where they will spend the rest of the school year. Though, even though these students may be extremely smart, they are just like normal teenagers, and like normal teenagers there are problems with identity, alcohol, sex, drugs, gossip and all other aspects of teenage life...

Southern California. The only things that SoCal are famous for are beaches, partying, food, movie stars, bright lights, and big cities. Would you ever think of horses? Well, it is one of the greatest places in the country to raise and ride horses. The various private barns dotted around the coast line have great horses and great trails. But one barn stands above them all.
Crossroads Stables is famous for turning out champions. With only the finest of care and the top of the line training, Crossroads is the best boarding and teaching barn in the entire state of California. All it took was 13 days for the world to end
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a horse and live in a world with no boundaries...no limits. Vindicated used to be a world like that until the Masters took over. The destroyed the land ravenging it into a wasteland. Darkness shrouds the land almost as if the sun is afraid to show itself. We haven seen the light in days... and we long for it's warmth. The Masters took over the lands building up huge castles split into barn big enough for hundreds of slaves each.
Slaves. That is what they call us normal horses now. We are forced to do our masters biddings and have no say really. Most of the old stallions turned into master driven by the others. Really the only slaves now are mares. Because we are weaker, smaller, and more slender. We are used to win bets and a higher status in the world of masters. So let me ask you again..have you ever wanted to live in a world so free it felt like you could take off and fly? Maybe someday we can accomplish that but for now all we can do is Fight for it.

Kailin created Akosius years ago, and created its rulers as well: The icy roan, the earthy pinto, the shadowy black and the fiery palomino. They were meant to all get along, and so they did for years. When she returned to see how her world was doing, all she saw was rape and death and sin. She summoned fierce storms, caused earthquakes of epic proportions, and washed a wall of water over the land, obliterating the society they had worked so hard to build.
In addition to devastation, Kailin unknowingly released rogue magic. Since then, newer, more powerful abilities and strange new types of horses have surfaced. It's a dangerous time to live in.

Introduction:
This site is based on no books but is made up by using your imagination. The horses here wield spells to show off, defeat oppenents, and just to have fun. This site is called "The Four Spells". There are four lands with four herds: Earth, Fire, Water, and Sky. Each element has four lands and only one land has a ruler where he/she rules over just that one element. Plot:
Long ago, in the land were only mortal horses lived, there were four stallions. Water, leader of the water herd, horses who loved the water and cherished it, Fire, leader of the fire herd, fierce fightersthat lived near the volcanoes, Earth, leader of the earth herd, the ones who love all growing things, and Sky, leader of the sky herd, the ones who love to watch the clouds go by, and relax in sunshine.
Each leader had one main goal, to protect, and to have the biggest herd. But as the herds were getting bigger, war was breaking out over territory, as each needed enough for a growing herd. One day, after a long year of war, the four stallions met at a large lake, now Meteor Lake. "We need to figure out how to stop fighting but have enough territory for our growing herd", said Earth. The fiery tempered Fire spoke, "Well I guess one of us needs to leave". "But we can't", nickered Water, the calmest stallion out of this mess.
Soon after they spoke, five meteors came out of the sky. Each a different color. One was blue, one was red, one was green, one was white, and the other one was silver. The stallions took cover and watched as the meteors crashed into the lake. All of them sunk, except for the silver one, it just floated. The four stallions came out of their hiding places, staring in wonder at the silver meteor.
When they neared the lake, a beam of light shot out of the rock. The stallions jerked up their heads, pinning back their ears, ready to fight side by side, for once. Far from what they expected, a horses head came out of the rock, surrounded by a cloud of smoke. "Why do you shake like scared colts"? The horse nickered. "I am known as 'The Great One', I have come here to give you my advice.", he spoke. Sky, stepped forwards."What do you have to tell?" The silver horse looked down at the four stallions. "I want you to learn the ways of using powers", he neighed. "What powers?" demanded Fire. "Why be so greedy young roan?", demanded The Great One. "We need the powers to keep our herds safe", he said hotly. The red roan bared his teeth and flattened his ears at The Great One, showing his dislike for him. "You will like me later on", The Great One said gently. "The powers you will master and pass down to your herd, comes from the meteors that surrounded me. Each power is used for a specific purpose and it is used to fight to protect your herd, but not to do evil. I will teach each of you all your own power", he said. The Great One looked at each horse. And so, the training began.
After years of training and mastering the arts, The Great One spoke to the stallions, giving one last piece of advice. "Your herds are getting to big. Seperate them into three herds, each with their own territory. Later on, you will make laws for you to go by and must go by". With that said, The Great One disappeared into the rock and it slowly sunk to the floor of the lake.

Roaming Stripes.
History- Never touched by human hands or any machines the planet was lonesome, it was divided into four sections- snow, desert, forest and mountains. Nothing lived here except for the jungle animals that only lived in the forest part of this planet. Monkeys, elephants, lemurs and tropicals birds it was peaceful for them they pretty much earned this planet. The Desert part of this planet was lonely the only thing that moved was the broken old twigs on the trees that remained there. The snow part of this planet was icy cold but it made possible for some species of animals to live here, only quite few have survived but now that it has gotten colder over the years nothing lives here. The mountain part of this planet was full of grass you may say it was the most accomodating place out of all the dividings, but once you reach the highest of the high mountains the wind changes and it makes it dangerous to stay up.
About one hundred years past, the planet had blossomed over the years the dividings became more accomodating including the desert but it still remained hot. The forest animals noticed something moving around on their planet they had sent out species of their kind to search whoever was roaming their planet. After about a days search the forest animals had found the intruders, it was quite what they had expected they were stripey, they were white with black stripes. The forest animals had no clue what to do with them, but they seemed to like them alot they trusted these stripey animals it looked as though they couldn't do no harm. The forest animals returned back to their dividing telling their leader that everything was alright and that they shouldn't worry.
The stripey animals were yet released a name, they were called Zebras, it suited them alot. The Zebras had liked this planet a lot some even split up but this splitting decision wasn't so great they had four groups you could join, Ragorys, they were the evil deathly kind. The moon alliance were like neutrals, they were between the evil yet they remained calm half the time. The other was Hippy, they were the cool, calm and collected ones they took everything that were coming at them but they feared the Ragorys but remained friends with the Moons. The last group was the Gangsters, they were aloud to roam free to which ever land they pleased, they were like the Ragorys except they roamed and caused trouble. Now the race is on for survival with each alliance...

Hello there literate roleplayers. Are you tired of bland Light vs. Dark plots, equine RPGs that all seem the same, and plots that don't affect your character?
Well we've got a surprise for you. At The Secret it's not just about good and evil. In fact, good and evil don't have a lot to do with things. No matter whose side you're on, you can be as nice or as cruel as you see fit. But if you live in the north you'd better be tough if you want to stay alive. Here's a summary of what kinds of characters you can make:
Southern equines: The Resistance. You like freedom and would rather be left to your own devices. Conquering is not really your thing, you just want to be left alone to start a herd. Weakland equines: The Captives. You keep your head down and hope you don't get beaten up too often. You dream of escaping to the south, but know you'll be killed for trying. Mostly mares live here, though there is a small number of stallions. They usually get beaten down the most so they can't rebel. Northern equines: Tartarus's Legions. You work for the mastermind, Tartarus, the one who blew the news about the object of power out into the open. You answer to his captain Atlas, and you spend your time fighting, bullying mares in the Weaklands, and training colts for the army. If you have any spare time you can gather a small herd. Haven of Hesperides: The Secret Keepers. You know not hate nor greed, and you live within the walls of the Haven. You may leave to explore, but other equines seem so different to you. You live in peace and philosophy, seeking knowledge and enlightenment. But you know what is brewing, and the battle will come to your doorstep even though they cannot break down the door.

What's going on... ?
There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?
The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?

A mistake that is costing all of Shinari Isle. Now Vece grows powerful, and he is merciless. Where his chrome hooves stamp the ground, darkness seethes. His power is great. He is merciless and demanding. Those who disobey he punishes cruelly. The balance he was to have with Dei from the beginning is upset. Water over fire. Earth over sky. Decessus is stuck in the middle, wanted by both the powerful and the powerless. The mortal horses are mislead, and the 'unworthy' are killed without a second thought.
And the worst part is, Dei will not admit her mistake. To reset the balance, the other Royals must know what she has done so it can be undone. But the Oriens Royal has withdrawn, and is barely ruling. Most of her land has been reclaimed. She fears all other horses, whether they are Royal or mortal. She eats little, and thus her magic grows weak. She has even been caught trying to destroy her own life.
So the clock ticks as Nightfall settles over Shinari Isle. Day is short, as is spring and summer. The light there is is intense, forcing the plants to live. Reka and Anema are under Vece's control, and Sting and Ager obey gleefully. Decessus and Dei have all but ceased to exist. And the mortal animals flee from herd to herd, scared little pawns in a giant's game of chess. It was a beautiful night in the land of Twilight. Arabian horses fluttered across the land spanning many miles across the ocean's borders. All of the sudden, you see something moving on the horizon of the water. Humans! They are on something wooden, heading straight your way. As they exit the boats, you take off, yet they are in no hurry. Slowly, every couple of months, they come back. The humans gather up mares and stallions alike; they take you to an island, totally surrounded by the salty water before you. They allow you to breed, and obviously make you think that everything is just peachy. Then the mare foals, the foal is taken, and the arabians are returned. What just happened? Your foal was stolen. Yet what did these humans do with the foals? No one will ever know.
The pieces are now in play. It all rests on your shoulders. Just when you think everything is perfect, will they come for you too?

.::.They have all been secretly living among us. Looking like everyone else, they are anything but uncommon. Possibly your best friend, boyfriend or girlfriend, or even your dog. Their minds are one of brilliance and their faces are exceptionally beautiful. Flawless. The only purpose in their life, the only goal of their entire existence, their only chance at survival is keeping the secret. Their lifespan is eternal, unless they can control themselves and they can choose if they want the changing to stop. Mortal or Immortal? As they learn the power of discipline, they have a better chance. Though this takes some time. The wolves and humans are oblivious of their interlacing lives. However the secret is hard to keep to yourself, you cannot control it until you gain the experience. What happens if someone slips? If their control breaks loose? What if ... the code is broken? No one sees what's really there in the dark... They may feel an invisible force that scares them into the deepest reaches of their minds, but they refuse to see the actual source... something watching them just out of their reach... The year is 2289...
But nothing has evolved. The world has gone to hell after undergoing a mass nuclear bomb explosion a few years back.
But what is this place?
Since most of the world was destroyed, people began to move to what was once known as Asia, but is now called Hyacinth.
What are those creatures I see in the dark?
Amongst the chaos, a new kind of human had been born, known as the Lycans. They're vicious and notorious for murdering humans, using them for the main ingredient in many delicacies.
I know there's something there... I can hear it breathing... Am I safe here?
The majority of the human population are unaware of the Lycans existence, however. They only know when it's too late.
They're watching me, I can sense it. Surely nothing can be more frightening...
Before the Lycans could bring the human race to extinction, another species of creature appeared: Vampires.
What's going on? I surely don't know...
Vampires and Lycans aren't at the greatest terms with each other. In short, they hate each other and are constantly at war for territory and food supply (AKA humans).
What has become of my family? My friends? The rest of the world?
Plot: Quacia is a distant land nestled under clear skies. However, recent years have brought a drastic change upon the herds - the line between life and death has gotten thinner, and you could swear that was a whisper you heard behind your ears.
The herds of the Light reside atop the mountains, somewhat distant from the recent hauntings rumored to torment the Neutral on the plains. The Shadow equines live within the thick forests, seemingly immune to the ghostly sightings.
Nevertheless, there is one thing the divisions all have in common - no one knows if these occurences will help unite them together, or split them even farther apart.
The ruling queen of the lands has recently been changing - she has been found corresponding with leaders of dark lands, and their influence is growing apparent. Will the kingdom turn to the Shadows, or will she be able to resist the temptation?
